Using experience from years of helping burned-out executives de-stress, for this 2.5 hour session, our experienced wellness professionals come to your offices and

  • Teach your employees yoga poses specific to relieve tension in the body of a desk-bound employee along with other relevant poses 

  • Provide employees frequency healing & sage energy cleansing to rejuvenate the spirit

  • Provide a guided gratitude/abundance meditation for employees to help them realize professional & personal goals 

  • Teach employees deep breathing techniques to manage anxiety & stress

  • Teach employees visualization & manifestion techniques to realize professional/personal goals

  • Teach your employees self-guided meditation techniques 

  • Teach employees foam roller techniques to de-stress & unknot the body

  • We accomodate groups of all sizes from large groups & executive groups

  •  All equipment (yoga mats/blocks/straps, sage) & water/towels provided

  • $2,000 per session

Prior to our session, employees complete our wellness questionnaire so we can accomodate injuries & help set wellness goals.

​

After our session, we provide employees with after-care plans with a recap of our session together to help them keep their goals on track! We  are also available for any follow-up questions your employees may have!​
