Fitness & Nutrition

Stressed out employees have trouble focusing, thinking clearly, and making rational decisions. Reports show exercise helps improve mental health by providing clarity to better handle stress effectively.​

  • During this 2 hour session, our experienced fitness professionals will teach your employees numerous 5-10 minute high intensity interval training workouts (high & low impact) they can easily fit into their busy work week & be done at home or on the road (no gym required)!

  • We use agility ladders, agility cones & jump ropes & resistance bands and body weight for squats, deadlifts, bicep curls, tricep dips, rows

  • We'll calculate daily macros for your employees (protein. carbs, fats) & provide our recommended meal plan

  • We also teach employees post-exercise foam roller techniques to de-stress & unknot the body

  •  All equipment & water/towels provided

  • Large groups & executive groups

  • Prior to our session, employees complete our wellness questionnaire so we can customize workouts to accomodate injuries & help set health & fitness goals. After our session, we provide employees with after-care plans with a recap of our session + recommended homeopathic supplements to keep their goals on track!​​
